North Middlesex Fire Master Plan
In our ongoing efforts to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our community, we are creating a 10-year community-driven Fire Master Plan to guide operational improvements and enhance the fire service levels provided throughout the community.
We have engaged the Emergency Management Group (EMG) to assist us with this initiative. EMG is a consulting firm that has worked with many fire departments in developing their fire master plans, station assessments, and fire service reviews.
To successfully gather feedback, we need your assistance and ask that you take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your confidential responses will help to ensure focused action that continues to meet the diverse needs of all residents.

North Middlesex Fire Department (NMFD) has a proud tradition of assisting residents and effectively responding to emergencies. The Fire Department is a team of dedicated paid-on-call personnel. The Fire Department responds to emergencies and calls for assistance from its two fire stations in Ailsa Craig and Parkhill.
