Tax certificates and Zoning Certificates are issued upon request to anyone requiring certified information on the status of a property tax account.
Please complete our online request form. The cost is $50.00 per Tax certificate (per roll number) and $75.00 per Zoning Certificate (per roll number).
Payment options:
- Pay by cheque: once you submit your request form, please make the cheque payable to Municipality of North Middlesex at 229 Parkhill Main St, Parkhill, ON N0M 2K0 – no tax or zoning certificate will be sent until payment is received.
- Pay by credit card: once you submit your request form, you will receive an email with payment instructions, including a unique invoice number and secure online payment link
