Please be advised that all available operators have been deployed this morning for winter operations throughout North Middlesex on all roads and sidewalks. Near zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring. Dense fog is expected to continue this morning.
Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Graders have been deployed on gravel roads for ice blading to improve traction and all sanders out.
