The Municipality of North Middlesex has recently received an increase in calls from residents regarding changes to their roll numbers or water account numbers after being contacted by their banks.
Please note: Your account numbers have NOT changed.
In many cases, the issue is that the full roll number or full water account number has not been entered in your online banking profile.
To avoid any payment issues, please ensure that your online banking setup includes:
- The full roll number exactly as it appears on your tax bill, and/or
- The full water account number exactly as shown on your water bill.
