Official Plan & Zoning By-Law UpdatE
On March 9, 2004, the County of Middlesex
gave its approval to the North Middlesex Official
Plan. An Office Consolidation was completed in
November 2004 and is available for review in the Municipal
Offices. (Copies available upon request for a fee)
On June 21, 2004, the Council of the
Municipality of North Middlesex approved its new Zoning By-Law.
As no appeals were received on this document it is now in
full force and effect as of July 16,
2004. This document is available for public review at the North Middlesex Main
Office, Satellite Office and our website( Due to the size
of the document it may take awhile to download)
